How do I order The 2017 Life List Planner?

- Choose your color -- Click 'Choose Options'
- Choose if you want it personalized or not, if you want it personalized, type down the name that will be written in the cover of the planner.
- Click the 'Add to Cart' button.
- Review your order and click 'Proceed to Checkout'
- Fill out the Check-out details
- Choose if you want to checkout as guest or register an account
- Input your billing address and check the 'I want to use ship to this address' if you want us to deliver your 2017 Life List Planner there as well.
- Choose your shipping method
- Confirm your orders and choose a payment method
- Credit Card Payment
- Bank Deposit - Available for Philippines only (Banco de Oro and Bank of the Philippine Islands Deposit / Online Transfer)
- Paypal - PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD EVEN IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. Pay through your Debit or Credit Card using this option.
- Orders will be confirmed immediately if mode of payment chosen is PayPal. For bank deposits, you will receive an email on how to pay for your planners and email the deposit slip to firstname.lastname@example.org. for payment verification.
- Planners will be shipped out not later than November 18, 2016.
Do you offer personalization?
Yes, we do! We can personalize the cover of your Life List Planners if you place your orders on or before October 28 UTC+08:00.
When will my planner be shipped?
All pre-orders will be shipped on November 18. Due to the limited stocks we will be releasing per color, we suggest you pre-order now. All orders after November 18 can expect their planners to be shipped 3-5 days (local) and 7-10 days (international) after placing your order. Cut-off for 2016 orders will be on December 14, 2016. All orders placed after that date will be shipped on January 4, 2017.
What are your modes of payment?
You can pay through your PayPal, Visa, Master Card, or American Express; Credit cards and debit cards through the PayPal Express Checkout option; or through BDO and BPI (for transactions within the Philippines). Due to the limited number of copies we will be releasing, please note that we will cancel all unpaid orders after 72 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are under the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs prior to purchasing.
Do you sell in bulk or wholesale?
Yes we do sell in bulk but due to the limited number of copies we will be releasing this year, we would have to know the quantity you'd like to order first. Kindly email us at email@example.com to discuss all of the details.
What is your return policy?
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt. We will coordinate the return of the incorrect item for replacement.
